This role will focus on developing and executing specialised training programs that enhance the skills and competencies of government employees.

Description
* Develop and implement specialised training programs, including vocational, technical, and professional certification initiatives.
* Apply knowledge of adult learning theories and instructional design frameworks to enhance program effectiveness.
* Collaborate with industry experts to align training programs with professional standards and best practices.
* Manage multiple projects simultaneously, ensuring deadlines and resource allocation are effectively handled.
* Communicate program objectives and outcomes clearly through presentations and reports.
* Stay updated on trends in instructional design and educational technologies to continuously improve program offerings.
* Facilitate assessments and evaluations to measure program effectiveness and learner outcomes.
* Mentor junior staff or team members in best practices for program design and development.

Requirements:
* Bachelor's or Master's degree in Education, Instructional Design, or a related field.* Must have 6-8 years of experience in instructional design, curriculum development, or educational program design
* Must have at least 2-3 years in a specialised program environment.
* Relevant certifications in instructional design (e.g., ATD, CPLP) or project management (PMP) are highly recommended.
* Proficiency in English (written and spoken) is required; proficiency in Arabic is highly desirable.
* Strong soft skills, including adaptability, critical thinking, innovation, and teamwork are beneficial.
