JOB DESCRIPTION / ROLE

Employment: Full Time

Candidates who have UAE steel project sales experience, are currently living in the UAE and have a UAE driving license will be considered.

Client Profile
Our client is a fast growing and well-reputed dry bulk and commodity trading organisation and as part of their continuing success and expansion we are recruiting a UAE experienced project sales engineer from the steel trading industry to join their Dubai office.

The Role
Source, prospect, develop and close new sales opportunities in steel flats and longs products and accessories predominantly in the oil & gas and construction sectors.

REQUIREMENTS

Essential Skills & Experience Required
• 5 - 10 years’ experience in field steel project sales in the oil & gas and construction industry with established relationships with EPC contractors and consultants and buyers and fully conversant with the vendor registration process, preparing tenders and quotes and negotiating terms.
• Proficient use of MS Excel.
• UAE driving license is mandatory.

Education
• Bachelor’s Degree in Mechanical Engineering is an advantage

Candidate Profile
• Currently living in the UAE and aged between 27 – 35 years.
• Excellent communication, interpersonal and presentation skills.
• Fluent in English – must be able to speak, read and write fluent English.
