JOB DESCRIPTION / ROLE
Quest Search & Selection are partnering with one of the largest importers and retailers within accessories, watches & eye ware and have a 150-store portfolio within malls, travel and online destinations.
Critical to their success is the delivering of world-class customer experience is their beautifully designer stores and this retailer is currently looking for Store Design Project Manager- Retail Architecture due to their new luxury store opening programme and re-vamp or existing stores.
The roles and responsibilities of this Store Design Project Manager position:
• Project managing and coordinating the fit out for new store opening and on-going projects and refits/refurbishments
• Expertise in concept designs for the stores
• Coordinating all the mall approval of store format, windows and design concepts
• Coordinating with contractors regarding final drawing and MEP services
• Project managing the ordering of materials to come in with the correct timescales and budgets
• Coordinating with 3rd party contractors and suppliers
REQUIREMENTS
To be successful in this Store Design Project Manager position:
• Have 4 years + in a similar design/fit-out/store opening role within retail
• Have come from a Architecture background (degree or equivalent)
• knowledge of CAD, Sketch up and Photoshop
• Have experience with MEP services
• Experience of working with 3rd party contractors and suppliers
• Excellent communication skills
• Ability to work methodically and meet deadlines
If you have done online adverts including social media, photography, GIF, stop-frame animation & video editing skills this would be desirable.
