JOB DESCRIPTION / ROLE

Employment: Full Time

Charterhouse is working with a cosmetics brand who is looking to hire a Store Manager to join their team in one of their boutiques in Dubai. As a store manager you will report to the Area Manager of UAE.

You will need to be experienced with a hands-on approach. You must be energetic, self-motivated and have the ability to coach and mentor a team at an extremely fast pace. You will lead colleagues on the shop-floor in order to achieve success. A passion for cosmetic is a must

REQUIREMENTS

The successful candidate should be a natural leader capable of driving the in-store management team to deliver the ultimate customer experience whilst promoting a nice environment for both customers and colleagues.
