Charterhouse is working with a prestigious Luxury Beauty, who is looking to hire a dynamic and experienced Store Manager for their flagship boutique in Dubai, UAE.

• This is an excellent opportunity to become a part of a globally recognized luxury brand and to be a part of their successful growth and expansion plans in the UAE region.
• This role will be responsible for the management and operations of the boutique, as well as the business development and building luxury store experiences with the customers.
• The Store Manager must be an experienced leader, who can develop and motivate your team to achieve outstanding results and exceed their targets.
• They will train and motivate new team members and will ensure they have an excellent product knowledge at all times.
• This role will oversee the visual merchandising standards of the store and ensure the optimization of the stock level usage.

Requirements:

• Our client is looking for a dynamic luxury retail professional, with strong management and interpersonal skills.
• The candidate must have strong communication skills in English and French.
• The ideal candidate needs to have a minimum experience working for an international luxury brand on a managerial level.
