JOB DESCRIPTION / ROLE
Guildhall is assisting a prestigious client in the retail industry to recruit a Retail Operations Manager. This position is ideal for a highly motivated professional with experience managing retail operations in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee the operational management of all retail stores, including supervising, guiding, and enhancing employee performance.
- Motivate and inspire staff to achieve monthly sales targets and foster a positive work environment.
- Actively collect and analyze market information to provide valuable insights and recommendations to the company.
- Handle customer complaints and resolve store-related issues to maintain high standards of service.
- Implement company directives and complete other tasks assigned by leadership.
- Manage stock operations, including inventory audits, ordering, storage, tracking, and monitoring stock levels.
- Conduct data analysis to extract actionable insights, enabling informed business decisions and improving operational efficiency.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree or higher in a relevant field.- Fluency in English (written and spoken).
- 3–5 years of experience in a similar role, preferably with a background in brands like Zara, H&M, or equivalent.
- Expertise in retail sales, general management, or a related area.
- Strong computer proficiency and ability to work with data analysis tools.
- Excellent team management and coordination skills.
- Strong sense of responsibility, a positive work ethic, and excellent communication skills.
