Position Title: Store Manager
Employment Type: Full Time
Salary: up to 15K AED all-inclusive depending on experience and qualifications

About the Client:
One of the premier retail hubs in Dubai, offering top fashion, adventure essentials, and lifestyle brands.
Job Description:
-Manage the day-to-day operations of the store, ensuring smooth and efficient functioning.
-Lead, motivate, and train the store team to achieve sales targets and deliver exceptional customer service.
-Monitor stock levels and place orders as necessary to ensure the store is fully stocked at all times.
-Conduct regular team meetings, provide ongoing training, and ensure staff are knowledgeable about products and promotions.
Requirements:
Qualifications:-A degree in business, retail management, or a related field is preferred.
-Must have extensive knowledge of retail operations and stock management
-Proven experience as a Store Manager in the outdoor, sportswear, or performance apparel industry

Salary:
AED
12,000 to 15,000
per month inclusive of fixed allowances.
