JOB DESCRIPTION / ROLE
We are looking to recruit a Store Manager for a Multinational Company specialised in Premium Retail in Dubai, UAE.
Responsibilities:
* Manage the department managers by coaching, training, inspiring and motivating them to maximize the retail experience within the shop floor
* Manage the quantitative and qualitative KPIs (conversion rate, market share, mystery shopping…)
* Ensure that the Department managers are creating a positive and exciting working environment while making sure that the targets are being met
* Ensure regular quality standard check by communicating with the Operations Managers and meeting the Company's standards
* Follow up with Operations team to make sure the stock level is being monitored
* Follow up with the Quality Lead team to make sure the visual merchandising standards are met
* Work closely with the Performance Manager and Store Manager to create a recruitment plan
REQUIREMENTS
Requirements:
* At least 5 years of experience in a similar role in Retail (Fashion/ Beauty), FMCG
* Good understanding of KPIs (stock, inventory, mystery shopper, customer experience
* Experience in managing big teams (50-100 FTE)
* Manage internal relations with Headquarters, Regional Managers, Managers, Supervisors and sales team
* Manage external relations with clients, external promotors and brands
* Dynamic personality and excellent at maintaining relationships
* Excellent level in English, Arabic is a plus
