JOB DESCRIPTION / ROLE

Employment: Full Time

The purpose of this position is to brand vision through ownership and accountability for the overall sales, profitability, leadership and management of assigned store.

Primary responsibility is to drive Store Management and Associates to execute their job duties by creating a fun, challenging, and rewarding culture.

REQUIREMENTS

- High School or University Degree
- 2-3 years relevant experience handling a store
- Previous experience in Sports Brands would be a big advantage
- Strong communicator
- Excellent English is a must
- Strong leadership and interpersonal skills
- Ability to manage a big team, diplomatic and self-confident
- Ability to plan and deliver communications in an impactful, persuasive and tactful way
- Good Knowledge of Merchandising, Stock Management and Inventory processes

Knowledge of principles and methods for showing, promoting, and selling products orservices. This includes marketing strategy and tactics, product demonstration, sales techniques, and sales control systems
