JOB DESCRIPTION / ROLE
For our new boutique, we are looking for one Store Manager / one Senior Sales Associate
- Manage all tasks in the boutique
- Selling to customers, achieve sales budget / KPI
- Merchandising; window animations; keep the boutique clean and tidy at all times, fully merchandised
- Stock management; inventory; replenishment; stock transfer
- Understanding the needs of the customers; provide an excellent service; offer personalization on some items, delivery
REQUIREMENTS
- Experience in Retail
- Kids Fashion experience a plus
- Arabic Speaker a plus
- Retail Pro POS a plus
- Great interpersonal skills
- Passionate about providing excellent customer service
- Knowledge of sales techniques / KPI
