JOB DESCRIPTION / ROLE
Candidate must have 7 to 10 years of proven track record as a store supervisor in the FMCG/F&B industry.
We don't need store managers from clothing stores or other brands.
Job Description
• Manage the store team member and all store key performance indicators
• Responsible to plan and lead the team to deliver excellent store standard and readily to trade at all times
• Ensure the store team to comply strictly with policies, price integrity, consumer goods ordering, stock count, and loss prevention and achieve good result for all audits
• Deliver safe and legal routines and coach the team to adhere to them at all times
• Space, Range and Display policies and procedures are adhered to in the store
• Have plans in place to review performance and achieve underlying productivity and continuous improvement to maximise performance in the store
• Lead the team in delivery of all trade driving activity and seasonal events
• Responsible to ensure all customer service initiatives are properly and timely managed
• Initiate and review checks and balances to maintain financial and security controls, especially for cash office, checkouts, backdoor and shelf edge labels
• Improve capability of the team by coaching and training them to deliver store routines
• Communicate the sales and operational target and expectations
• Plan for team’s engagement initiatives and motivate the team for effective operations
• Acknowledge progress and celebrate success with the team and individuals
• Plan to review teams’ progress against objectives, performance and development plans
• Budget and plan for store headcount and vacancy, conduct interview and provide interview feedback for store roles
Salary:
AED
8,000 to 10,000
per month inclusive of fixed allowances.
Additional benefits: All inclusive plus yearly flights and medicals
REQUIREMENTS
• Hold a Bachelor Degree certificate in retail operation or any other discipline
• Well-versed in English writing and communication, additional language will be an added advantage
• Is customer and operational focused.
• Able to analyze and make decision, develop self and others, manage performance
• Ability to understand and adapt to change management initiatives
• Able to work in an agile, energetic and fast-paced environment
