Develop the vision, strategy principles and organizational objectives within the Media/Marketing Strategy team to ensure the achievement of the overall objectives and follow up the performance of projects and initiatives.

Description
* Develop and update the long-term and short-term programs of strategic planning within the media/marketing team.
* Conduct studies and analyze data to guide decisions based on forecasts and analytical models, monitor and analyze future trends and forecasts.
* Develop the goals and objectives of the strategic plan, follow them up and update them periodically.
* Designing the strategic plans and associated performance indicators, measurement mechanisms.
* Supporting senior leadership in decision-making.

REQUIREMENTS
* Bachelor's degree in business administration, strategic planning, marketing, media, mass communication or equivalent.
* 5+ Years of experience.
* UAE National with Family Book.
* Excellent knowledge of media and marketing performance indicators.
* Previous experience in preparing media strategy plans.
* Fluency in Arabic and English.
* Excellent interpersonal skills.
