JOB DESCRIPTION / ROLE
Our client , a top tier strategy consulting company, is looking to hire consultants / associates for their Government/Public Sector practice.
Responsibilities; manage small teams, work day-to-day with client contacts to push projects forward, and seek to develop more junior consultants. Ability to leverage knowledge and experiences to enrich understanding of similar topics.
As an Associate/Consultant you will become a strong problem solver, structuring and guiding the process for yourself and others. You will become an expert in the client’s industry and truly understand the issues they face, recommending solutions that are both impactful and insightful. You will facilitate client meetings, manage client requests and become viewed as a key and trusted day-to-day point of contact by clients.

REQUIREMENTS
- 4-5 years of relevant experience, ideally with a top-tier strategy consulting firm (or other similar organizations); knowledge of public sector /government processes
- Track record of leading and managing teams, and delivering against tight deadlines in fast-paced, demanding environments
- Strong background in strategic problem solving with demonstrable analytical skills
- Outstanding written and verbal communication skills
- Undergraduate or advanced degree from a top academic program
- Willingness to travel
- Fluency in English, Arabic would be a plus
