Description

* Formulate and execute strategies through collaboration with internal and external stakeholders.
* Work with senior leadership to plan and deliver the development of strategies that are in line with the client brief, vision and ambition.
* Collaborate with local, regional and global teams to deliver the projects within the real estate sector.
* Support and guide the team to encourage individual and collaborative development.
* Leverage experience within the real estate industry to review strategies and advise key clients.
* Administer extensive bench marking and analytical reviews within the industry to advise and justify these recommendations to clients.
* Prepare and oversee reports within the team, including but not limited to financial models, executive presentations, due diligence and market research.
* Oversee the execution of strategic initiatives, ensuring projects are delivered on time and within the budget.
