JOB DESCRIPTION / ROLE
• Lead efforts to develop the entity corporate strategy in coordination with the entity’s leadership team; this includes the identification of strategic objectives and initiatives linked to key performance metrics.
• Ensure that the entity corporate strategy is effectively cascaded down to the Education Sector and Departmental levels across the organization to support the achievement of strategic objectives.
• Lead efforts to develop the entity’s annual operating plans, circulate among all concerned stakeholders and coordinate with the Finance department to ensure alignment with the annual budget.
• Oversee the execution of operational plans within the department and ensure effective and efficient support is provided to all institutions, in close coordination with Sectors.
• Take lead on necessary actions/decisions within the department to ensure the overall achievement of entity’s strategy, sector, and department objectives.
REQUIREMENTS
• Open to Emirati Nationals
• 50 years old and below
• Must have at least 10 years of relevant experience in strategic planning preferably in the education sector and/or school operations
