Store Based Style Advisor
As the initial point of contact to the store, you will be connecting with our customers providing them expert style advice. You will approach every guest with the sole purpose of serving their every need whilst making their time spent a fun and enjoyable 5-star experience. For you both!
You will
• Be dedicated to our customers by providing the highest possible standards of customer care both face to face and via phone or email, each of our guests should feel they have been offered a personalised style consultation
• Be energetic, self-motivated, and self-organised. Willing to do whatever it takes to get the job done
• Able to work on several tasks at one time
• Provide skilled guidance whilst achieving maximum sales, delivering unforgettable customer experiences
• Show we are obsessed with style by maintaining a high standard of personal presentation and merchandising of products in the store
• Handle all point-of-sale transactions
• Develop a high level of product knowledge and share your opinions on current and future trends
• Work closely with your team and celebrate “the magnificent”” wherever you see it
• Maintain a customer book of key customers and VIP’s
Key Performance Indications (KPI’s)
• Achieve or exceed set sales targets
• Accomplish or exceed set targets for CRM capture (including client book)
• Achieve set conversion targets - as a team
• Product knowledge
• Reach your average transaction value and items per basket target
Requirements:
Requirements• Preferable retail sales and expertise within a luxury business for at least 2 years
• Enjoy and know lifestyle brands and products
• Strong organizational skills
• Excellent communication skills
• Be flexible to work weekends and evenings and over holiday and peak periods
• BS degree in fashion related subject is a bonus
• Language skills beneficial
