JOB DESCRIPTION / ROLE
Guildhall is working on behalf of a Subcontractor in relation to a 400 Million AED Infrastructure (Utilities, Sewerage, Telecommunications and Potable Water) project near to Dubai.
The project has just started and due to demand, they have a requirement for a Subcontracts Administrator who can lead on Contracts Administration, EOT, Variations and Claims activities.
REQUIREMENTS
Requirements:
- Must have experience of Contracts Administration, EOT, Variation Orders, Claims etc
- Infrastructure experience - preferably Utilities relates
- Currently working for a Subcontractor or Main Contractor
- Degree Educated
