Our Client is headquartered in Dubai with joint venture operations in Oman and Abu Dhabi. They are a subsidiary of a prestigious Group in the UAE. Over years of achievement they have firmly established the name as market leader in the regions for Beverage industry. They are urgently in need of a SC Coordinator to join their UAE operations.

Responsibilities:
• Managing the ordering process in line with the company standards to ensure the availability of stock and all timelines are met based on the required availability dates
• Collect, create and communicate all master data in Microsoft AX for all needed products following internal rules and processes to ensure that the right item information is updated in the system
• Follow up on the various stages of the ordering process in line with lead time specifications in order to provide an effective and efficient service
• To produce reports on a weekly basis and submit to the Line Manager in a timely and effective manner
• Perform other duties as requested by the Line Manager.
REQUIREMENTS
Requirements:
• Bachelor’s Degree in Customs Administration / Business Management / Supply Chain
• At least one year of Enterprise Resource Planning experience
• Understanding of the international purchasing process
• Computer literate, able to compile reports and spreadsheet analysis using MS office suite.
• Confident individual with balanced pragmatic view for service delivery resilient personality / self-motivator / achiever / physically fit.
• Process oriented with systematic approach to issues.
• Leadership qualities, Customer oriented, Achievement oriented.
• Excellent communicator in verbal and written mediums in English
• Strong numerical skills
• Previous experience of FMCG environments and products an advantage
