Essential Duties:
• Close monitoring of Open orders / Pending order.
• Coordination with all outlets to ensure timely deliveries.
• Ensure product availability at any given time, Regular updates from suppliers to maintain safety on hand stocks.
• Responsible for new vendors onboard to avoid dependency for key items.
• Market analysis to keep up-to-date info on pricing and regular negotiation with suppliers to achieve KPI and cost-effective initiative.
• Identify direct sources/authorized distributors for high consumption products for better value margin adding up for savings tasks.
• Coordination with Drivers on daily routines, support stakeholder for business requirements and allot drivers accordingly.
• Maintain call-log, Attendance, and performance record of drivers.
• Ensure timely payments to supplier, close follow-up with internal accounts team to avoid any payment delays.
• Weekly meeting with the key suppliers to maintain good relationship and keep updated on the new listings/existing products with competitive pricing.
• Keep track record of Supplier performance on HIT/Miss deliveries, Quality, discrepancies, professional communication etc., to give regular feedback on supplier performance.
• Find out alternates suppliers & arrange necessary samples for approvals.
• Negotiate for standard payment terms, convert & agree regular Cash/Advance to credit.
• Manage warehouse inventory as per the requirement, closely monitor of non-moving near expiry products check for possible return to suppliers for any excess stocks.
• Ensure timely Internal transfer orders from all outlets are met.
• Strong communications skill with logistics provider, vendors and cross functional departments like Finance, Cost Controller, HR, Chefs, Respective outlet in charges etc.

Salary:
AED 7,000 to 9,000 per month inclusive of fixed allowances.
