JOB DESCRIPTION / ROLE
Responsibilities:
- Conduct surfing lessons for individuals and groups of varying skill levels.
- Ensure students are equipped with the appropriate safety gear and understand all safety protocols.
- Teach proper surfing techniques, including paddling, popping up, and riding waves.
- Monitor student progress and provide constructive feedback and encouragement.
- Maintain a clean and organized teaching environment and equipment.
Requirements:
- Certified surf instructor with recognized qualifications.- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong physical fitness level and proficiency in surfing.
- Experience working in recreational or educational settings preferred.
- Fluency in English; additional languages are a plus.
Salary:
AED
2,500 to 3,000
per month inclusive of fixed allowances.
