JOB DESCRIPTION / ROLE
Position Title: Sushi Chef
Employment Type: Full Time
Salary: all-inclusive depending on experience and qualifications

About the Client:
One of the best seafood restaurant chain in Dubai.
Job Description:
• Create a rich sushi menu with various main ingredients and raw fish (for example, salmon, tuna, unagi)
• Prepare all types of sushi, including maki, nigiri and sashimi
• Select fresh fruits and vegetables to make high-quality dishes (like avocado, mango and carrots)
• Add additional flavors to sushi rolls with ginger, rice vinegar, wasabi and soy sauce, when appropriate
• Coordinate with our wait staff to ensure proper cooking, considering special requests and food allergies
REQUIREMENTS
Qualifications:
• Male, 24 years old and below
• Diploma or any relevant certificates
• At least At least 3 years of experience in the similar role preferably from high end casual restaurant
• Candidates who can join immediately will be prioritized
