JOB DESCRIPTION / ROLE
Position Title: Sushi Commi Chef
Employment Type: Full Time
Salary: up to 3.3K AED all-inclusive depending on experience and qualifications
Job Location: Dubai, UAE
About the Client:
The company is a fast-growing food and beverage holding group in the Middle East.
Job Description:
• Prepare all types of sushi and Chinese cuisine
• Add additional flavours to sushi rolls with ginger, rice vinegar, wasabi and soy sauce, when appropriate manage food preparation activities
• Coordinate with kitchen staff to ensure proper cooking procedures
REQUIREMENTS
Qualifications:
• Open to Filipino, Sri Lankan, Nepali, Indonesian, and Indian
• Male, 38 y/o and below
• At least 1 year experience in making Sushi and Chinese cuisine
• Available to work on call, shifts, after hours, over weekends and on public holidays
• Immediate joiners will be prioritized
