Our newest opportunity is for a talented Sustainability Engineer to join our award-winning team based in Dubai , UAE. This position is responsible for technical sustainability support and input during design stage of projects.

Responsibilities

We envisage success in this role to include;

- Provide technical sustainability support and input during design.
- Coordinate other design teams for sustainability compliance of projects with different typologies.
- Prepare technical studies, reports, plans, narratives, and supporting documentation to ensure sustainable deliverables and targets.
- Coordinate with consultants for compliance and quality.
- Participate in meetings with clients, authorities, and consultants as needed.
- Sustainability technical compliance and provide support on the specialized teams as a subject-matter expert.
- Full coordination with KEO Sustainability teams focusing on both punctuality and quality.
- Candidate shall be LEED AP with previous proven experience in the Design stages of projects.
- Candidate shall have full knowledge of the UAE authority's sustainability requirements.
- The candidate shall very good skills in narrative writing for compliance of sustainability projects.
- It is highly desirable that the candidate will have a previous experience with LEED assessments that have achieved a high rating.
- Knowledge of WELL and Embodied Carbon will be beneficial

REQUIREMENTS

To be successful in this dynamic opportunity, we envision that your career journey to date will include minimum 3 years work experience partnered with a Bachelor / Master degree in Architecture or Construction.

Professional Qualifications: LEED AP, WELL AP are highly desirable
