JOB DESCRIPTION / ROLE
Job Description:
- Install and configure office software applications, including Microsoft office and Google suite on new and existing computers.
- Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues with office software applications, ERP systems, video walls and interactive screens.
- Update and maintain software licenses and assist employees with the use of office software applications and hardware, providing training and support as needed.
- Manage the company’s software and hardware inventory and ensure that all necessary items are up to date and properly installed.
- Lead and supervise a team of technicians in the installation of office software applications, ERP systems and office hardware.

Qualifications:
- Open to Asian nationalities
- Male, 30 years old and below
- Bachelor’s degree or Diploma in Computer Science or related field is an advantage
- Minimum 4 years’ experience working with office software applications and office hardware includes video walls and interactive screens
- Experience working with ERP systems in a 50+ company size
- Strong problem solving and technical troubleshooting skills
- Real estate industry is an advantage
Salary:
AED
7,000 to 8,000
per month inclusive of fixed allowances.
