JOB DESCRIPTION / ROLE
Our client are looking for a talented Systems Analyst to join the IT department in their Dubai Office. This role will have a regional focus, with the primary responsibility of supporting IT operations for multiple subsidiaries across the MEA region

Description
* Focus on the IT needs of multiple subsidiary offices, supporting the Operations Managers for smooth IT operations in the region
* Conduct IT training sessions and participate in IT audits / due diligence processes, as required
* Assist the General Manager of the department in identifying user system needs and converting them into meaningful IT assets
* Coordinate with internal and external stakeholders to establish project scope and goals
* Ensure successful project delivery and provide documentation of processes

Requirements:
* Bachelor's degree in Engineering (e.g., Computer Science or Electronics) with PMP and CISA qualifications highly preferred* A minimum of 7 years experience in IT operations, 3 of which including IT audits, project management and providing consultative advice
* Exceptional communication skills that you leverage to exceed when working in a multi-cultural environment for large international companies
* Familiarity with core applications in SAP & Dynamics 365, as well as emerging technologies such as AI , ML, Big data, IOT, etc
* Be willing to travel for assigned duties, as required
