JOB DESCRIPTION / ROLE
The Taaleem Group provide premium schooling across the British, IB and American curricula. We have ten schools located in Dubai and Abu Dhabi - these include the Dubai British School, Raha International School and Uptown School to name a few. We are always looking for strong talent to drive forward our admissions and continuously improve the customer journey for our valued students and parents. We currently have admissions vacancies available and would like to speak with customer service and sales focused individuals, who love developing relationships and working to targets.
The role is mainly focused on the following:
• Driving enrollments to reach or exceed target numbers
• Informing and executing the school sales and marketing strategy
• Managing the admissions procedures ensuring all students are registered in accordance with Taaleem and regulatory policies.
Key Relationships (Internal and External):
• New and prospective parents, visitors to the school, school employees and Senior Leadership, Central Office Marketing and Admissions team and other departments as required, school regulatory body and other external bodies or outside agencies as required.
This is a hands on role, you'll plan and execute events, look after school tours and register all potential interest in admissions - following up on this accordingly.
REQUIREMENTS
• Hold a relevant Bachelor’s degree
• 4-5 years’ experience in Customer Service Sales ideally in a service provider industry. Experience of the Education sector preferred but not essential.
