JOB DESCRIPTION / ROLE
Overview: We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Tableau Lead to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate should have a strong background in data visualization, business intelligence, and analytics. As a Tableau Lead, you will be responsible for designing, developing, and implementing Tableau solutions to meet our organization's data reporting and analysis needs.
Responsibilities:
• Lead the design and development of Tableau dashboards, reports, and visualizations.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and understand business needs.
• Translate business requirements into technical specifications for Tableau development.
• Develop data models and establish best practices for data visualization.
• Ensure data accuracy and integrity within Tableau dashboards.
• Mentor and train junior Tableau developers.
• Stay updated with Tableau features and recommend enhancements to existing dashboards.
• Provide technical support and troubleshoot Tableau-related issues.
Requirements:
Requirements:• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field.
• Proven experience as a Tableau Developer or similar role.
• Strong proficiency in Tableau Desktop, Tableau Server, and Tableau Prep.
• Excellent understanding of data visualization principles and best practices.
• Experience in data modeling, SQL, and data warehouse concepts.
• Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills.
• Tableau certification(s) preferred.
