In-House Talent Acquisition Manager

We are seeking an experienced In-House Talent Acquisition Manager to lead our talent acquisition efforts, source top talent, and shape our recruitment strategies to support company growth.

* Extensive Experience: A seasoned professional with at least 15 years of in-house recruitment experience, including a proven track record in sourcing top-tier talent.
* Strategic Thinker: Possesses a strategic mindset and the ability to develop and execute effective talent acquisition strategies aligned with organizational objectives.
* Team Leadership: Demonstrated leadership skills with experience in managing and mentoring recruitment teams to achieve recruitment goals.
* Exceptional Communication: Strong interpersonal and communication skills, capable of building rapport with diverse stakeholders and promoting the company's employer brand.
* Data-Driven: Proficient in using recruitment technology and data analytics to make informed decisions and track recruitment effectiveness.
* Compliance Expertise: Solid knowledge of labor laws, regulations, and industry standards to ensure compliance in all recruitment practices.
* Results-Oriented: A results-driven professional committed to delivering high-quality candidates and maintaining a positive candidate experience.
