JOB DESCRIPTION / ROLE

Employment: Full Time

Our Client is an Event Management Company in the UAE looking for a Talent Acquisition Specialist in Dubai. , They are looking to strengthen the organization by adding the best available people to our staff. We’re seeking a talent acquisition specialist to help source, identify, screen, and hire candidates for various roles and projects/events in the company. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication and organizational skills, three to four years of experience in talent acquisition, mass/bulk hiring, proficiency with applicant tracking systems, and an ability to devise sourcing strategies for potential applicants. This role requires excellent interpersonal skills for working closely with others across various departments.

Responsibilities:

Coordinate with hiring managers to identify staffing needs and candidate selection criteria
Source applicants through online channels, such as LinkedIn and other professional networks
Create job descriptions and interview questions that reflect the requirements for each position
Compile lists of most-suitable candidates by assessing their CVs, portfolios, and references
Organize and attend job fairs and recruitment events to build a strong candidate pipeline
Maintain records of all materials used for recruitment, including interview notes and related paperwork, to share with key stakeholders

Salary:
AED 15000 per month inclusive of fixed allowances.

REQUIREMENTS

Required skills and qualifications:
Minimum of 3 to 4 years in a talent acquisition or similar role with Mass/Bulk Hiring experience
Experience in full-cycle recruiting, using various interview techniques and evaluation methods
Proficiency with social media, CV databases, and professional networks
Experience in using LinkedIn Talent Solutions to proactively source candidates
Proficiency in documenting processes and keeping up with industry trends
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
Preferred skills and qualifications
Bachelor’s degree (or equivalent) in human resources management or similar field
Knowledge of applicant tracking systems
Professional credential, such as HR Certification Institute
