JOB DESCRIPTION / ROLE
We are seeking a dynamic Talent Acquisition Specialist to join our real estate team in Abu Dhabi. This role is pivotal in attracting and retaining top talent to support our growth and maintain our position as a leader in the industry.
Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement effective recruitment strategies to meet the organization's staffing needs.
- Source, screen, and interview candidates to identify the best talent.
- Collaborate with hiring managers to understand job requirements and align recruitment efforts accordingly.
- Manage the entire recruitment process from job posting to offer negotiation and onboarding.
- Maintain and update applicant tracking systems and recruitment databases.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with potential candidates and industry contacts.
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in talent acquisition.
Requirements:
- Proven experience as a Talent Acquisition Specialist or similar role, preferably in the real estate industry.- Strong understanding of recruitment processes and best practices.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
- Proficiency with applicant tracking systems and recruitment software.
- Strong organizational and time management skills.
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field preferred.
- Knowledge of the UAE labor market and employment laws is a plus.
Salary:
AED
3,000 to 4,000
per month inclusive of fixed allowances.
