JOB DESCRIPTION / ROLE
Providing the full scope of Talent Acquisition support to an ever-growing headcount currently at 130 employees, this role requires a resilient, pragmatic and confident, team orientated individual. Working within a small HR team you will be viewed as the TA expert and trusted to share your knowledge, ensure best practices and that the organisation has a strong reputation for candidate engagement within their management consultancy sector. With a global presence and offices in Dubai, London, Manama- Bahrain and Riyadh- Saudi Arabia this role will be placed in their prestigious Dubai offices. Currently you will be expected to attend the office 2x per week and work from home for the remaining 3 days. This is of course is subject to change but demonstrates the forward-thinking and flexible approach that the employer takes.
This role will work alongside the Regional HR Manager and report into the Head of People. There will also be a mid-level Talent Acquisition Executive reporting directly into you and you will liaise frequently with the CEO and senior team. Leading with passion, you will be recruiting for positions across all levels of seniority and functions and ensure that the job descriptions and advertisements placed will attract the best talent in the required jurisdictions. Knowledge of such should be utilised to influence salaries, benefits, the interview timeline and the final decision-making process. You will also manage external recruiters to maintain a pipeline of Freelancers, which are utilised often during large scale client projects.
Your strong communication and EQ will be engaged to maximise the candidate experience from the initial contact right the way through to onboarding and beyond. You will ensure that all processes foster high levels of inclusion and engagement and make the company an employer of choice in the market sector. Engaging with new joiners post their first day of onboarding and continuing to support them through their career alongside the internal core HR team, you will constantly be improving processes to gain maximum impact.
The Senior Talent Acquisition Specialist and HR Manager will utilise data from the newly implemented ERP system and industry and competitor reports to review success and areas of improvement. These data points will also be used to pushback in a professional manner with seniors to assist in key talent strategies for the future. However resilience will be a key strength here and the ability to constantly adapt to change, due to the very nature of the industry being exceptionally client led.
This role requires an experienced talent acquisition ambassador with excellent communication skills and significant candidate and stakeholder engagement across several jurisdictions. An influencer with accountability and a detailed approach is required to support this global government advisory firm that is continuing to grow and develop for the foreseeable future.
