About the Client:
Our client is a dynamic and rapidly expanding Real Estate Brokerage firm based in Dubai. To support their business growth, they are looking for a proactive and resourceful Senior Talent Acquisition Specialist to join the HR team. This role is key to supporting their ambitious growth plans, with a strong focus on hiring top-performing Real Estate Sales Agents.
Responsibilities
- Lead the full recruitment cycle — from job postings, sourcing and screening to interviewing and onboarding — with a primary focus on hiring Real Estate Sales Agents, as well as other key roles within the firm.
- Build strong talent pipelines through networking, headhunting and creative sourcing strategies.
- Partner with management to understand hiring needs and align recruitment strategies with business growth.
- Use various sourcing methods including job boards, LinkedIn, referrals and recruitment agencies.
- Schedule interviews and coordinate follow-ups with both candidates and the management team.
- Ensure a smooth and positive candidate experience throughout the hiring process.
- Maintain accurate recruitment records and reports.
- Support employer branding initiatives and contribute to HR projects as needed.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration or a related field.- Proven track record of successfully hiring Real Estate Sales Agents.
- Strong network and understanding of the UAE Real Estate talent market.
- Proactive, resourceful and target-driven personality.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- At least 3 years of Recruitment experience in the UAE Real Estate Industry
- Strong sourcing and interviewing skills.
- Highly organized, detail-oriented and able to manage multiple roles simultaneously.
Salary:
AED
10,000 to 15,000
per month inclusive of fixed allowances.
