What are we looking for?

World Automotive Group is on an expansion to grow both our physical and digital footprint in the GCC and MENA Region in the coming years. For this journey we are looking for a Talent Manager with intercultural and local experience to foster our organization with solid processes from recruitment to onboarding, training, culture and planning, compensation and benefits, Policy and Administration.

What we want from you?

Manpower Planning & Recruitment
• Involve key stakeholders in the manpower planning process and forecast recruitment needs for the business.
• Develop a recruitment and succession planning strategy that will ensure all positions are filled with appropriate candidates at the required time.
• Build relationships to develop and expand recruitment channels.
• Monitor and follow up to ensure manpower & recruitment goals are achieved.
• Work within the parameters of the UAE labor law to ensure pre-employment and employment requirements are in place.
• Continually look for ways to improve manpower planning and recruitment processes.
• Coordinate on-boarding & induction activities.

Employee Relations
• Drive and execute a strategy to drive a world class team spirit.
• Develop and implement an effective internal communication strategy.
• Effectively manage discipline and grievance issues and escalate issues promptly.
• Manage and develop the employee reward and incentive programs.
• Develop a retention program.
• Plan and execute employee events

Performance Management
• Work with key stakeholders to identify talent levels and relevant training plans in order to build a strong team.
• Monitor and support leaders with performance management measures for underperformers.
• Support the execution of an appraisal system.

REQUIREMENTS

List of regular Tasks
• Recruitment process (Posting of ads, CV short listing & Initial/telephone interview).
• Coordinating with the requested department interviewer to confirm their availability and arranging the interviews.
• Conduct reference checks for upcoming new employees.
• Completion of Recruitment in terms of Documentation (For new visa and labour application).
• Weekly follow up with new candidates and ensure all documents are received.
• Liaise with the PRO and arrange employment visa for new candidates.
• Arranging the arrival of a new candidate hired from outside UAE (Booking of tickets, hotel accommodation, airport pick up in coordination with the Purchasing Department and sending email guidelines to new staff).
• Prepare and provide Job Description and HR Policies and Procedures Manual to the new employee.
• Ensure that employees have JD as per their current position.
• Preparing undertaking letter for passport release, Asset’s handler and cash handler letter.
• Rechecking the status of Emirates ID card for renewal and new employees.
• Calling all the new joiners monthly to recheck if they receive all the required documents and ask if there’s any assistance we can provide.
• Assisting employees with any concern related to parking and preparing required letters.
• Handle the Oasys HRMS for Autodata employees.
• Handle employee requests and prepare NOC’s, Salary certificates, Employment certificates etc.
• Manage leaves, PH’s etc.
• Ensure that all HR matters and the company is following legal compliance at all times.
• Provide training and assistance on how to use OASY if needed.
• Ensure that accurate records are maintained and filed in accordance with the company policy and procedures.
• Handle visa renewals/cancelations with the PRO.
• Cancelation final step. (Monitoring of the grace period up to receiving the new visa or arranging the final exit of the ex-employee).
• Sending Resignation Acceptance Letter to the resigned employees
• Ensure that Change Status/Residence Visa/ Exit Paper, IT hand-over and Final Settlement are received and complete before closing each file of the staff who left the company.
• Assisting in the PRO Monitoring Expiries of Companies legal documents (Trade License/ Establishment card etc.)
• Maintaining, recording files to the ADME folder.
• Arrange Medical insurance (New Enrolment, Claim Reimbursement, and Deletion).
• Arrange Group Life insurance by sending list quarterly (Addition/Deletion)
• Assisting employees on how to use MyNAS Insurance application.
• Sending monthly Leave balance
• Sending weekly follow up of the staff pending leaves for approval.
• Assist in daily query / request of the employee / answering calls & emails.
• Prepare HR employee and legal documents for Audit.
• Provide a new staff labour card copy for OASYS update to the Accounts Department.
• Provide OASYS training to all new employees and if needed.
• Ensure all Company/Employee files are updated, and documents uploaded to OASYS.
• Labour Card and Contract should be provided to each new staff as well as for the staff with renewed LC.
• Maintaining the Organization Chart updated.
• Document Filing and Opening/Closing of file.
• Coordinate with the Embassy/Consulate regarding queries/attestation/processing of documents.
• Coordinating with travel agency for quotation and booking flight ticket for the staffs.
• Arranging business travel for ADME staff

Language skills
• English – proficiency in spoken and written English
• Arabic – preferred
