Description

* Detailed calendar management and meeting scheduling for the Director and team.
* Document the meeting's minutes and disseminate them as the Team specifies.
* Utilise the organisation's technologies and systems to register visitors.
* Execute duties using the systems and platforms of the organisation, primarily Oracle ERP.
* Organize the necessary visual aids, refreshments, etc., for routine and ad hoc meetings, and prepare to deliver the agenda to the designated attendees.
* Advocate for numerous departments, including compliance, legal, and procurement.
* Become familiar with meeting room facilities and audio-visual connections when needed.
* Carry out any additional responsibilities for the team.

REQUIREMENTS

* Bachelor's Degree is a must.
* Excellent communication skills in English (both written and verbal)
* 5-7 years of experience working in a global professional service company or global multinational
* Western educated preferred
* Proficient knowledge of Microsoft Suite, including Word, Excel and PowerPoint
* Have the ability to maintain an up-to-date calendar and generate quality reports
* Proven ability to use influence and persuasion to achieve desired results and build professional rapport with internal and external stakeholders
* Outstanding communication skills and active listening.
* Analytical skills, detail-oriented and capable of working independently.
