JOB DESCRIPTION / ROLE

Employment: Full Time

Our client, a well-known institution is urgently looking for a Team Assistant (bilingual speaker) who will be based in Abu Dhabi. In this role, the person will be expected to provide high level of administration support to a team of managers including but not limited to:

- Arranging meetings
- Preparing minutes of the meeting
- Managing emails and responding to some emails on behalf of a manager, as and when instructed
- Typing up various documents
- Conducting researches as and when needed for the department
- Writing, drafting, preparing and generating various reports using the latest Microsoft applications
- Answering/screening/transferring phone calls as and when needed
- Monitoring project completion in coordination with other business support / project owners
- Providing general administration support as and when needed

REQUIREMENTS

To be successful in this role, you need to meet the following criteria:

- Must be a bachelor degree holder
- With minimum 5 years of experience, providing support to senior level management or to a team of managers
- Must have worked with large or international or multinational organizations
- Used to work in a multicultural working environment
- Have excellent command of English and strong fluency in Arabic language
- Willing to be based in Abu Dhabi
