Fetchr is looking for a Team Leader, to lead our dedicated fleet in the Banking sector . We are looking for a self-motivated individual, who is willing to go the extra mile to achieve client satisfaction.

- Responsible for the shift assigned to ensure consignments are picked up/delivered within the service level boundaries and as per cut offs.
- Understand the shipment process flow and manage all shipment processing operations within the facility efficiently.
- Motivate, train, coach and support new and existing employees.
- Ensure employees are developed to their maximum skill to achieve optimum levels of service to customers, and address performance deficiencies.
- Plan staff rosters, attendance, schedules, leaves in conjunction with the Supervisor.
- Oversees the team to check if the customer satisfaction goals are met.
- Establish and implement departmental policies in consultation with the Operation Manager. Check on the adherence to these policies, from time to time.
- Work closely with Operations Supervisor/Manager to prepare operational procedures for upcoming projects.
- Monitor team's reports on daily, weekly, monthly basis within cut-off time. Coordinate with the client and make sure all reports are accurately maintained.
