JOB DESCRIPTION / ROLE
We are working with a top law firm in the Middle East. They are looking to hire a Team Secretary to support the Business Development and Marketing team. The team cover a range of BD, Marketing and Client Relationship Management responsibilities across their offices in the GCC.
This role will be based in the Dubai office. The successful candidate will be comfortable at working in a fast-paced, demanding environment and possess excellent IT skills coupled with strong attention to detail.
- Provide support to the team in connection with the Middle East CRM Programme
- Responsible for updating marketing database
- Responsible for liaising with the creative department to ensure brochures and other collateral are updated
- Proactively gather marketing knowledge and input into various databases
- Assist with the preparation of proposals documents
- Preparation and circulation of weekly BD update
- Organise meetings and support the team with other administrative tasks
- Assist with the organisation of events
REQUIREMENTS
- Must have experience of working within a law firm
- Marketing department business support background
- Excellent IT skills
- Ability to interact with senior colleagues and partners
- Attention to detail and ability to multi task
- Flexible approach to work and timelines
- Ability to work on your own initiative
