JOB DESCRIPTION / ROLE
Job Description:
- Take the lead with staff schedule, daily tasks, and individual events assignment to ensure events are attended well.
- Plan the events, workshops, and parties accordingly as per customers’ booked dates and time.
- Be creative in coming up with workshops, activities, and art classes that are fun and interactive for kids.
- Lead the team’s layout and designs for programs or kids’ parties.
- Supervise the daily operation and report to management on needed adjustments, client complaints and or requests as needed.
Requirements:
Position Title: Team Supervisor – Kids PlaygroundEmployment Type: Full Time
Salary: up to 5K AED all-inclusive depending on experience and qualifications

Qualifications:
- Open to African and Asian nationalities
- Female, 40 years old and below
- At least 3 years related experience in Events, Entertainment or Leisure industry (playground, theme parks, etc.)
