JOB DESCRIPTION / ROLE

Employment: Full Time

Duties Include:
• Build relationships with technical decision-makers
• Identify client’s business challenges and offering solutions
• Support sales to onboard new clients
• Provide technical presentations and demonstrations
• Be a strong technical representative at industry events
• Creation of content to engage potential clients
• Point of contact for all subject matter accounts
• Recognise key areas for improvement in a client’s software infrastructure
• Liaising with Product teams offering client feedback to improve systems

REQUIREMENTS

Skills:
• Good understanding of digital data and e-commerce
• Strong networking and negotiation skills
• Advanced Microsoft Office Suite knowledge
• Ability to work independently
• Knowledge of all types of operating systems including mobile phones
• Highly proficient in analytical, written and verbal communications
• Experience with at least one programming language (e.g JavaScript)
• Working knowledge of HTTP/HTTPS, REST API, JSON
• Understanding of data protection in local and international markets

Requirements:
• 4 years’ experience in a similar role
• Knowledge of Cloud Providers – Azure, AWS, Google Cloud
• Fluency in English
• Educated to degree level
