Position Title: Technical Engineer / Office Engineer
Employment Type: Full Time
Salary: Up to 7K AED all inclusive depending on experience and qualifications
Job Location: Dubai, UAE

About the Client:
A well-known company providing waterproofing and thermal insulation services in the UAE.

Job Description:
• Develop necessary plans/ blueprints and communicate with contractors and subcontractors to keep projects on schedule.
• Ensure that projects are completed successfully.
• Select appropriate materials and technologies for waterproofing solutions.
• Maintain quality standards during construction.
• Ensure compliance with regulations and specifications.

REQUIREMENTS

Qualifications:
• Open to Filipino, Egyptian, Syrian, Indian nationalities
• Male, 40 years old and below
• Bachelor’s degree in civil engineering or related field
• At least 4 years of experience in the same role
• Experience with site DWGS, specs, and building materials
• Strong understanding of building codes and regulations
• Ability to read and interpret architectural, engineering plans and specs
• Experience in using AutoCAD
• Experience in waterproofing companies is highly preferred
