Technical Engineer

Job Description

We are seeking a detail-oriented and analytical technical engineer to join our team in Dubai, United Arab Emirates. In this role, you will be responsible for designing, developing, and implementing technical solutions to complex engineering problems while ensuring efficiency and adherence to industry standards.

Responsibilities:

• Analyze engineering problems and develop innovative solutions to meet project requirements.
• Design and modify engineering systems using computer-aided design (CAD) software.
• Conduct thorough technical analyses and prepare detailed reports on findings.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure project goals are met on time and within budget.
• Develop and maintain technical documentation including specifications and procedures.
• Perform quality control checks and ensure compliance with industry standards and regulations.
• Troubleshoot technical issues and provide expert guidance to resolve problems efficiently.
• Stay up-to-date with the latest technological advancements and industry trends.
• Participate in project planning and resource allocation to optimize team performance.
• Mentor junior engineers and provide technical guidance as needed.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Civil Engineering.
• 5 to 10 years of experience in a related technical engineering role.
• Strong problem-solving skills with keen attention to detail.
• Proficiency in engineering software such as AutoCAD and SolidWorks.
• In-depth knowledge of industry standards and regulations.
• Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
• Demonstrated project management abilities.
• Familiarity with industrial processes and manufacturing techniques.
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.
• Willingness to travel occasionally for on-site inspections or client meetings.
