JOB DESCRIPTION / ROLE
My client who is a giant in the automotive sector is currently seeking an Technical Field Service Support professional to join their team on their commercial vehicle side.
You will be involved in:
Technical Assistance to General Distributors on Trucks and Vans
On-site assistance/Market visits:
Quality Monitoring
Support functions
Implementing test modifications/reinforcements
Training
Product liability
REQUIREMENTS
Diploma in automotive/mechanical engineering or apprenticeship as Automotive Mechanic with work experience
Experience with workshop processes and after sales tools and systems.
Experience within the after sales organisation mainly at workshop supervisory level or Diagnostic specialist minimum for 3 years.
Based knowledge in all MB products, knowledge about processes within
Development, Production plants and after sales organisation, basic IT knowledge.
Good communication skills in English are a Must. German and Arabic are advantageous.
