Position Title: Technical Hair Educator
Employment Type: Full Time
Salary: up to 20K AED all-inclusive depending on experience and qualifications
Job Location: Dubai, UAE
About the Client:
One of the leading providers of sustainable hair and skin care products made with raw organic ingredients.
Job Description:
- Perform regular in-salon training and ensure the salon team develops the necessary skills and product knowledge.
- Develop monthly training plans and calendars for the company training academy.
- Present brand at promotional events and other marketing initiatives.
- Conduct onboarding training sessions for new hires.
- Design and execute orientation programs for sales teams.
REQUIREMENTS
Qualifications:
- Open to Arabic nationals
- Female, 37 years old and below
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or any related field
- At least 3 years’ experience as Brand Trainer or Hair Educator within haircare industry
- Having a valid UAE driving license and a car would be advantage
