JOB DESCRIPTION / ROLE
Taylor Sterling is currently recruiting for a Technical Manager to join an award winning global contractor in Dubai.
In the role you will manage and be responsible for the delivery of technical outputs of project teams to meet the client’s brief, with respect to identifying and prioritizing necessary structural investigations, planning, organizing, execution and reporting on those investigations.
Additionally you will contribute to technical excellence and innovation within the team. This will include developing less experienced staff and supporting their technical career.
It is essential to determine with confidence the condition of a structure, the cause of any deterioration and determine appropriate actions to take and when, in order to minimize the whole life cost of that structure.
Experience in the delivery of tower projects would be an advantage.
REQUIREMENTS
Relevant degree and preference for being a chartered member of a relevant professional institution and have 12+ years demonstrable experience.
You will possess knowledge and experience in large building projects.
