JOB DESCRIPTION / ROLE
- Quickly appraise tender documents identifying technical submission requirements, provide brief scope of works, identify key plans/drawings and detail key/major quantities of the works and distribute information.
- To be an excellent communicator in order to liaise with various departments and site based personnel in order to obtain necessary information to fulfil submission requirements.
- Proficient organisation skills required in order to prioritise in order to meet deadlines.
- Ensure that the submission document is comprehensive and formatted / presented to the highest standard.
- Propose new ideas to streamline the process of compiling submission documents.
REQUIREMENTS
Technical Manager experienced in preparation of technical submissions for tendering, must have at least 5 years’ experience and to be from a civil engineering background with primarily with knowledge of infrastructure works. Additional knowledge of building works would be advantageous.
