We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Technical Manager to join our team in Abu Dhabi, UAE. The ideal candidate will be responsible for overseeing the technical aspects of interior fit out projects, ensuring the successful delivery of high-quality finishes within the specified timelines and budget constraints. The Technical Manager will play a key role in coordinating with project teams, subcontractors, and clients to ensure all technical requirements are met and exceeded.

Responsibilities:
- Oversee and manage the technical aspects of interior fit out projects from inception to completion.
- Develop and implement project plans, schedules, and budgets in coordination with the project management team.
- Ensure compliance with local regulations, building codes, and industry standards throughout the project lifecycle.
- Collaborate with design and engineering teams to review and approve technical drawings, specifications, and material selections.
- Conduct regular site inspections to monitor the progress and quality of work, and address any technical issues or challenges that may arise.
- Coordinate with subcontractors, suppliers, and vendors to ensure timely delivery of materials and equipment, and to resolve any technical discrepancies.
- Provide technical expertise and guidance to project teams, and facilitate problem-solving to achieve project objectives.
- Manage and mentor a team of technical staff, providing training, support, and performance evaluations as needed.
- Communicate and coordinate with clients to address technical concerns, provide updates on project progress, and ensure client satisfaction.
- Participate in project meetings, reviews, and presentations to communicate technical requirements, progress, and challenges to stakeholders.
