Role Overview
We are seeking a detail-oriented and commercially aware Technical Office Engineer to support contract administration, progress monitoring, cost control, and subcontract management activities.
The ideal candidate will have strong experience in construction documentation, progress payment preparation, reporting, and coordination between site, planning, and commercial teams.

Key Responsibilities
1. Contract & Subcontract Administration
• Review main contract and subcontract agreements.
• Prepare contractual correspondence (delay notices, variation letters, technical clarifications).
• Monitor contractual milestones and obligations.
• Support preparation of claims and variation submissions.

2. Progress Payments & Valuations
• Prepare and submit monthly progress payment applications.
• Verify subcontractor progress and certify interim payments.
• Track quantities and executed works in coordination with site team.
• Maintain measurement sheets and payment tracking logs.

3. Cost Control
• Monitor project budget versus actual cost.
• Track variations, claims, and change orders.
• Support preparation of cost forecasts and cash flow updates.
• Assist in monthly cost reports and financial status summaries.

4. Reporting
• Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly progress reports.
• Coordinate progress data with planning team (Primavera P6).
• Prepare productivity and resource monitoring reports.
• Maintain KPI tracking and performance dashboards.

5. Subcontract Management
• Manage subcontractor documentation and compliance.
• Monitor subcontract progress and payment status.
• Track subcontract variations and commercial impacts.
• Coordinate technical and commercial interfaces with subcontractors.

Requirements:
Qualifications & Requirements
• Bachelor’s Degree in Civil Engineering.
• 4–5 years of experience in Technical Office / Contracts / Project Controls role.
• Strong knowledge of:
o Construction contracts
o Progress payment procedures
o Cost control fundamentals
• Proficiency in:
o MS Excel (advanced level required)
o Primavera P6 (preferred)
• Strong analytical and reporting skills.
• Excellent written communication skills.

Preferred Profile
• Experience in large-scale building or infrastructure projects.
• Ability to integrate technical, commercial, and planning aspects.
• Strong follow-up mindset and contractual awareness.
