Join our team at TRS Staffing Solutions (www.trsstaffing.com) in Dubai as a Technical Recruitment Consultant.

Key Responsibilities:
- Sourcing candidates from applications, LinkedIn, job boards and our global database
- Thoroughly screening candidates on the phone
- Creating lasting relationships with our clients
- Creating and posting adverts on TRS website and job-boards as requested/required
- Maintaining relationships with submitted candidates throughout submission, interview, offer and mobilization processes.
- Picking up on sales leads
- Creating and maintaining talent pools in TRS database

REQUIREMENTS

Candidate Profile
- You need to have at minimum 3 years’ experience in agency recruitment within a technical industry, preferably Civil Construction, Oil & Gas, or related industries (not IT)
- Key element in candidate profile is enthusiasm and experience of dealing with people on the phone on a daily basis.
- Asking and answering questions, ability to deal with objections and natural ability to sell and negotiate.
- Above all, every aspiring recruiter needs enthusiastic, curious, have a want to close deals and help both candidates and clients to a win-win scenario with a healthy appetite for increasing earnings through commission from placement.
