JOB DESCRIPTION / ROLE
Technical Sales Coordinator, AED 8,000 - 12,000 per month, Dubai
Reporting to the General Manager the successful candidate will be responsible for liaising with Sales and Design Department to prepare detailed quotation and item specification lists.
Duties & Responsibilities:
- Responsible for accurate construction of detailed quotation
- Calculating client quotations and administering client accounts
- Analyzing costs and sales
- Preparing reports for head office and keeping customer records
- Making technical presentations and demonstrating how a product meets client needs
- Liaising with other members of the sales team and other technical experts
- Helping in the design of custom-made products
- Providing training and producing support material for other members of the sales team
- Handling tenders
- Coordination with HQ
REQUIREMENTS
- Diploma holder in a business related field
- Minimum 2 years GCC experience in similar capacity, preferably in the retail (shop fitting/interiors) sector
- Strong Oral & Written Communication in English
- German Oral and written an advantage
- Solid technical background
- Sound judgment and good business sense
- Good interpersonal and organizational skills
- Good knowledge of Microsoft office with advanced Excel
- Analytical and problem-solving skills
- Ability to operate SAP
- Eye for detail
- Strong numeracy skills
- Must currently reside in the UAE
