JOB DESCRIPTION / ROLE

Employment: Full Time

In this role, you will provide Technical Support to dealer network working in liaison with the relevant departments of the company.

Main Responsibility
• Attend product planning meetings.
• DISS management – providing technical support via DISS to dealers under consideration of customer satisfaction and cost effectiveness.
• Maintain communication links with the Dealer network regarding Technical Information (via Bulletins, TPIs, campaigns, vehicle faults etc.).
• TPI approval and creation from local TPIs
• Maintain communication with HQs.
• Approval of cost intensive repairs.
• Onsite Technical Support for Dealer including Test drives and Customer Handling.
• Handling of escalated Customer Complaints.
• Organize Technical meetings for dealer staff depending on DISS coaching season.
• Assist in Service clinics as & when required.
• Management of Single Incidents.
• Investigate reports of product faults (Top 10 technical complaints).
• Attend new Model Launch Training, AFT, VTP.
• Organize & distribute Special Tool list for New Models at each launch.
• Cooperate with Regional After Sales Manager to provide technical support where requested.
• Coordinate Flying Technician activities in conjunction with Regional After Sales Manager. (Deputy)
• Monitor, report & analyse missed campaigns and dealer feedback on monthly basis.
• Maintain dealer STLI reporting on monthly basis.
• Provide technical advice for customer care/parts team/warranty team where and when required.

REQUIREMENTS

For you to be successful for this role, you must possess below attributes:
• Qualified Master Technician.
• 5 years working experience & Product knowledge.
• Previous experience required in a technical role and technical service centre.
